As one of the largest local manufacturer of the already household brand Wowo, the company is aware of the growingly popular status of ISO standards among the industry stakeholders in the country, hence committed to standardize their management in accordance with the ISO quality requirements.
Due to the long established work culture of the company, and the extensive scope covering a handful of production facilities, ASPI is tasked to integrate the latest version of ISO 9001 to the existing set of rules and business process.
Pre-audit assessment then took place to inspect the degree of conformity of the management they have in place to the standard they aimed to achieve.
To begin the entire development process, the business management training unit of ASPI conducted ISO 9001:2015 quality management system foundation level certified training course and the subsequent series of workshops at the head office of dynabolt manufacturer PT Anugrah Metalindo Abadi, Tangerang, from November to December 2019.

Having ensured the awareness of the standard requirements and the socialization to all areas within the scope of business, ASPI continued the completion of both strategic management and risk management documents, the supervision of work documentation across structure and related departments.
Meanwhile, preparation for ISO 9001:2015 quality management system internal audit gets underway as the consulting team collected the majority documents necessary to be audited.
Having confirmed the internal audit result as well as the documented report in the management review meeting, ASPI recommended the top management to enter the final phase of external certification audit.
Even though a few setbacks occured while the whole industry confronted the coronavirus pandemic, consulting work resumed in early 2021, taking some quick adjustments on re-aiming a successful certification.
The expected positive outcome after the external audit day on 31 March 2021 was contributed by the strong commitment among the leaders, the competent management team, and the solid cooperation between all the parties.
