We covered the annual meeting of Green World, a Chinese-based producer and distributor of healthcare products worldwide with direct-selling business approach. In JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, the meeting was presided by the President of Green World Global, professor De Mingli.
Changhong held a press conference in conjunction with the appointment of the brand ambassador for Changhong Indonesia, badminton champion Taufik Hidayat. The Olympic gold medalist shared the stage in main atrium East Mall, Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta, with the President Director of Changhong Indonesia, Washington Feng, who said that Chinese people are still aware of Taufik Hidayat as a skilled badminton player from Indonesia.

One of our clients, Changhong – a Chinese consumer electronic manufacturer – asked us to make a documentation for the presentation of a Smart TV newly introduced in October 2012 to Indonesian market. It is part of their bid to become an ever larger international brand.
Changhong unveiled its Smart TV series A7000 during product presentation on 24 October 2012 in Swiss-Belhotel Jakarta. Although it has yet to announce the exact release date and price tag for Indonesian market, the company sets ambitious sales target of two hundred thousand units next year, said President Director Changhong Indonesia Washington Feng in his speech.
Meanwhile, Sales Director Tjun Liang Hasan who also shared the stage said that Changhong is regarded as a pioneer in China’s Smart TV production. With a total revenue of $8 billion in 2011, the company, which reportedly has formed partnerships with Foxconn, China Unicom, and Baidu to develop a new smartphone due release in August 2012, sets target revenue of $15 billion worldwide in 2013. The A7000 is the latest in a range of Smart TV types for sale in the country at the moment.
